TERMS, FEES AND CONDITIONS

FEES

• A 1-hour assessment is required prior to any bookings, the fee for this visit is 25$.

• Fees are 40$ per hour as a minimum of 3hs per session.

• Bundle Fees:

  • Get a 20% discount when getting a 10hs package. The assessment fee will be credited towards the first hour of service.

  • ​Get a 25% discount when getting a 15hs Package.​ The assessment fee will be credited towards the first hour of service.

  • Estimated  average  hours per room guide:​

    • Kitchen: 10 - 14 hs

    • A closet: 4 - 8 hs

    • Bedroom: 8 - 12 hs

    • Garage: 8 - 12 hs

    • Office: 16 - 24 hs

• Fees by Project: contact us for an assessment if you are interested in getting a customized estimate for your project.

• Cancellation Policy: Please note that once an appointment is booked, a 24hs notice is requested, otherwise a full hour fee will be charged.
